Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within
14 days of delivery. You will be issued with a store credit. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your own expense. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect your return to be processed within four weeks of us receiving the goods in their original condition. In many cases this will be processed sooner but please allow time for us to receive, inspect and process the return.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


The company offers FREE shipping in the Sutherland Shire. For those outside of the Sutherland Shire a flat rate of $10 shipping is charged at checkout. The company ships Australia Wide. 

When you place an order, please allow 2-5 business days for goods to be dispatched. We will endeavor to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Please also keep in mind that during COVID etc. third party shipping companies can sometimes be experiencing extra delays, this may be out of our control.

Terms & Conditions

“Company” means Corie's Hair Escape
“Customer” means the purchaser of Goods from the Company.
“Goods” means all goods sold and/or delivered by the Company to the Customer.
“Terms” means these terms and conditions of sale.

The Customer agrees and accepts that these terms and conditions apply to all sale of goods by the company to the Customer. The Customer further acknowledges that these terms and conditions of sale constitute the entire agreement of the parties as to the supply of goods by the company, and may not be varied without the prior written agreement of the company.


Cancellation policy

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment at Corie’s Hair Escape we respectfully ask that you give us 24 hours notice prior to your booking.
Rescheduling an appointment will require a deposit. Cancellations or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee.

New clients will be required to pay a deposit to secure a booking. Failing to give 24 hours notice will result in a forfeit of the deposit paid.
